I try to give people the benefit of the doubt after one bad experience, but when it is consistent I give up hope. The lady (I do not know her name but has shorter gray hair) who works the desk regularly is so unpleasant and unhelpful that I actually avoid this post office and will drive to Wilmerding or East McKeesport instead. She has given me a hard time every single time I have gone in there & I've heard from others she was the same way with them.
Garrett was super friendly. He made me happy to be there in just a brief exchange. Thank you Garrett! I'll be happy to come here again!

I mailed something that was time sensitive and paid extra for postage once I filled out the address the lady working on the counter said their system was showing a different zip code for where it was going and wrote the new zip code on the envelope. Well surprise the people it was going to never received it. Now I have missed the date that it was to be there by.
