Always a fun place for kids to burn of energy. Kinda pricey but good for a special treat for the kids. Gets kind of busy unless you know the right times to go. Good for all ages.

I have been to this place several times but the last 2 times I have had a bad experience. I have brought my young special needs son and my young niece who all they want to do is have fun. That didn't seem to happen because older girls both times were rude to them telling them to move. I thought it was a jump park to have fun not a gymnastic facility. I had to get manager involved along with arguing with another parent who was telling me my kids should move. Don't think I will return there. I hope whoever reads my post will think hard before going there.
It was very clean and not busy. The only thing was the staff wasn't very friendly and they didn't tell us what was included with the package that we bought. But over all the kids had fun
Second time we have been here in under 6 months and the Jump Bag/Jump Box is closed, argued with me that my 10 (almost 11 year old) was too young for the obstacle course, and the "runway" strip that you can just jump straight down is also closed again. $43 for 3 kids for an hour to basically jump in little squares. We have a trampoline but they like the jump pad and obstacle course so we came here. Place was great when they 1st opened but it seems as if management doesn't care. I explained my frustration that these exact things were closed and the arguing with me about my son being 10 happened again. He told me the jump pad is never broken and literally walked away while I was talking to him. This will probably be my last visit here. Not worth the drive or the price.
