I called the company speaking with the owner Tim to inform him of the way they scammed me and he said there is nothing he could do because he doesn't know me or know that I'm telling the truth.

I only discovered this after coming to get tires put on and informing the company I went with that I would only need 3 because i just had a brand new tire put on in February. He said there is no possible way ANY of my tires were new.

I've been going to Discount Auto Glass for a few years now for tire service only. I get pretty good deals on tires and they have sales such as 4 used tires for $100 including install, which is nice if you just need something quick to pass inspection or are short on cash. I always deal with the guy I like to call "Bama" he's this cool brother from the south who has good customer service skills there. I get treated nice and I'm female. The only down fall is that it's greasy up in the waiting area. Literally everything is black with grease and soot from the carpet to the walls.....including the knowledgeable mechanics ( it needs a woman's touch...) and they only take cash which is a bummer in an emergency situation. I really like this place though and won't go anywhere else for my tire services.
They charged me $47.80 to change my flat tire on February 9th. I asked for them to replace the flat tire with my new tire stored in my trunk. Not only did they steal my brand new tire from out of my trunk, the used tire they replaced it with is rotted as of today .

I asked him, how much does he charge to change a tire ? He said, $10. I told him my brand new tire was removed from my trunk and I have a receipt that says otherwise. My receipt that I haven't looked at until now looks as if I purchased a used tire. & even if that was case how could it be "rot" in less 90 days? & where is my brand new tire that removed from my trunk :-(
